Children's privacy notice (COPPA)
Last updated October 12, 2026
Likkle Legends is made for children aged 3 to 9. This notice tells parents and guardians what we collect about children under 13, why, and the choices you have. It sits alongside our full Privacy policy.
Who we are
Likkle Legends (likklelegends.com) operates this service. Contact us about children's privacy at hello@likklelegends.com.
What we collect about children
Entered by a parent: a first name or nickname, age, an optional island heritage, an avatar choice and an optional 4-digit PIN a child uses to open their own profile.
Saved as a child uses the portal: progress such as stories read, games played and levels reached, badges and points, and stories made in the Story Builder.
We do not collect from children: email addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice recordings, home addresses or location. Children cannot type messages to other people, there is no chat between users, and Tanty Talk uses pre-recorded answers rather than free typing.
Parental consent
Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older can create an account. At sign-up you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and agree to our policies. Child profiles can only be added from the parent account, and children cannot make purchases.
How we use it
- To run the service: show age- and island-appropriate content, save progress and award badges.
- To create a story when a parent or child uses the Story Builder.
We do not show ads to children, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use children's information for advertising or profiling. Nothing is tracked for analytics or advertising on children's screens or while a child is signed in with their PIN.
Your rights as a parent
You can review or change your child's information at any time in your account. You can stop further collection and have it deleted by deleting the child profile or your whole account (Manage your plan → Delete my account), or by emailing hello@likklelegends.com. Deleting is permanent.
How long we keep it
We keep children's information while the parent account is open. When a child profile or account is deleted, the data is removed from our live database straight away and from backups as they expire.
Changes
If we change how we use children's information, we will email parents before the change takes effect.
