Free Caribbean Learning for Kids Ages 3 to 9
Free Caribbean learning is real here, and it has limits. This is what a family can use without paying, and what stays behind a parent plan.

Families ask for free Caribbean learning that is actually free. Here is the plain version for ages 3–9, whether you live in the islands or in the diaspora.
No account needed
Likkle Radio plays recorded kids songs. Listening is free. You do not create a login to press play. The public games page includes Mango's Island Hop, Tanty's Kitchen, R.O.T.I.'s Math Market, Scorcha's Spelling Blaze, and Doubles Dash with Dilly Doubles. Those pages are for play, not for a child to enter a payment.
Free Forever, said honestly
A parent can start Free Forever. That plan includes a rotating library and the kid-safe portal: stories, songs, and activities that change, plus basic progress in the portal. "Rotating" means you should not expect the entire catalog to stay open on the free plan.
Optional paid choices are parent plans: one-time Island Packs and annual plans listed on pricing. Nothing unlocks because a child tapped a button. Access for a pack or annual plan turns on only after PayPal verifies it. You can cancel a subscription from account settings. The mail club, when you use it, ships in the United States. Canada and the UK are not shipping destinations yet. Digital access is the piece that travels.
What learning looks like at these ages
Ages 3–5 do well with one song, one picture story, and a lot of repeating. Ages 6–9 can add a flag game, a counting game, or a short trivia round. You do not need all of it in one sitting. Twenty minutes with you nearby beats an hour alone.
Characters stay in their lanes. Tanty Spice tells stories. R.O.T.I. practices learning. Dilly Doubles brings energy. Mango Moko is the steady lookout for Island Hop. Scorcha Pepper is for big feelings and kind choices, not for scaring anyone into behaving.
What free does not mean
Free does not mean a child can spend money. Free does not mean we are a school, a clinic, or a babysitter. Island Helpers, if you use them, are play supports for words, calm screens, and simple plans. They are not a medical device.
If you want the music first, start with Caribbean kids songs. If you want the screen rules, read screen time with Caribbean culture.
Questions parents ask
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free Forever includes a rotating library and kid-safe portal access. It is not every story and game unlocked forever on the first day.
Can my child enter a card or buy coins?
No. Children do not buy anything in the portal. Optional Island Packs and annual plans are parent checkout only, and access turns on after PayPal verifies the payment.
What can we use with no account at all?
Likkle Radio is free listening with no account. The public games page includes Island Hop, Tanty's Kitchen, Math Market, Spelling Blaze, and Doubles Dash.
